Trying to speak with anybody about a medication that requires prior authorization is impossible! Sometimes the way that they run things is terrible!! I realize that sometimes it's due to certain laws but they need to help out more than they do. I have had issues in the past where I've spoken to a supervisor and she's gotten everything done that I needed in a timely fashion. But that's not always the case here.
