Don't bother with this company. Worst health care advocates ever. They have no idea what they are doing. I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. Then called back and told the supervisor would call me back because he was having problems with his phone. 7 hours later I still haven't received a call.
I work at a doctors office and they told the patient they would be there in 15 minutes. 3 hours later still there. So I called himana and let them know she is still there and the representative told me 15 more minutes. I said NO you said that 3 hours ago. I got the drivers number and he was there shortly after. NEVER USE HUMANA to get you a ride to the doctors. THEY SUCK. DONT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS.
The process was made so easy with the person who walked me through it all. Hopefully everyone get the same person
