Had a chance to visit this Location nice and wonderful staff . Nicole most professional and helpful lady!! Keep up the great help of the community .
Absolutely disgusted. Came in for help getting a med cleared and the help with my other hu.ana options. Was skipped TWOCE, NO HELP AT ALL. People walked in eith a fake name and fake appointment, got help before I did after having waited over an hour. If I go back, things will be either broken or people, I'm so livid!!!! I'm disabled and in pain 24/7 need help, go elsewhere.
A very welcoming center. More of a family feel, and all from employees to members have great personalities, The rep. Vincent is great The front desk rep. Nichole is great Miguel, the manager is very friendly, loves interacting with the members, which makes their day even more special and brighter. My safe place. Best service, always with a smile and kind word! They all care about their customers. Nicole, AC, center manager-Miguel, all the agents, classes great and appropriate. Puzzles great, cafe is wonderful, mostly the people they employ are perfect for their positions. I have been through some rough times in the past years and the staff there have gotten me through them by just listening and caring. Love the place and the people.
