They do not want to pay when it comes time for you to really need medical care at a facility. They give you 48 hr notices and you have to appeal. They just want the money and do not care about giving the best support. They are taking advantage of elderly people and that is not ok. Not sure how this company sleeps at night knowing that. Of all the health insurances that I’ve had over the years, they’re without any doubt the best to date. *One glitch is their ‘Go 365’ program which was intended to induce its members to establish a daily exercise regime- awarding points to do so. Up until this year- 2024, one could accumulate up to $120 to use towards a wide variety of gift cards. That all changed. Now you’re lucky enough to earn $45. Poor customer service. Took them two days to call me back. Plus couldn't tell me how come my policy went up in the middle of the year
