Repeatedly told Bascom Palmer was in network and the cataract surgeon was in network, however that was all misinformation, even by a supervisor. Had to cancel with an excellent provider 3 days before surgery!
If I could give a minus 5*, I would. NEVER try to access this Humana agent. He is not there. After accessing the website, the info on hours I got was M-F 8:30 - 5. Monday morning I was informed by the staff of the medical facility where this agent operates at, that he is there only on Tuesdays starting at 8am. I went there on Tue 9am. The staff apologized that he's not there and they don't know why. Spare yourself the aggravation, find another agent.
I can say that over 30 years with Health Insurance I’ve had, HUMANA is the worse ever, I really do not recommend this company uf you want stay out of trouble even for a Primary Doctor, try to avoid this insurance because my personal experience with them is awful, I rated 1 star because they do not allow 0 star, otherwise it were the value I give to them.
