Just trying to update and correct, the address for the doctor, the many customer services representatives have hanged up, place me back in the Q phone system, none could do a simple job of updating the provider address, I ask to speak with a supervisor they practically have refuse, incredible I can't correct an incorrect address they have.

Absolutly the worst health insurance company, had major spine surgery with anesthesia in 2013, here it is 2016 and there still not paying the anesthesia bill ,they just don't get that the two go together, bills that were covered under my plan. My credit is being destroyed because they can't put 2 and 2 together on the billing.Keep in mind that i recently cancelled them due to how terrable they are.
