Humana is absolutely the worst healthcare system in the United States.
if this is health insurance it's a joke. they refuse to pay for medications that a diabetic needs and only pay for what they want you to take. this company would rather let you sit at home and die then get what they need to live a normal life. causing more stress then needed for someone who's health isn't all that great because they will not pay for what is needed. will not go with them again when it comes time to renew my health insurance since they have caused nothing but stress the past 2 months
As an experienced agent Representing all of the Medicare advantage plans I can tell you that Humana is an excellent company for some people, but I would go to a different office… This office is not particularly friendly and totally unorganized. Don’t put your future healthcare in their hands. Find someone who will give you the time it takes to thoroughly go through the complicated differences between all of these plans.
Walked in to the office just looking for information on 2023 Medicare advantage plans. Left with nothing. The receptionist had a poor attitude and could not find any info to give me. She was very gruff and insistent that I see an agent. If this is the kind of customer service Humana provides, they will be excluded as a possibility when I evaluate what plan to choose.
