I had been with Humana for 4-5 years, and now they took my privilege of ordering the OTC online which is a big no-no for me. For three consecutive days, I was calling and getting transferred from one site to another for two hours with no solution, what a terrible customer service. I am waiting for the end of the year to get out, no more Humana for me. Doctors also are leaving Humana, horrible!

Lack of Professionalism, Low Quality, No Responsiveness, Lack of Value. Humana Insurance is a Horrible, Horrible Insurance company. I was 30 minutes on the phone once again and they hung up on me while they were looking for the previous Referrence Call. They make excuses to make no payments to Physicians on Medical Services. There is some guy Adam or Ryan I don't know exactly, he has the same voice but change his name constantly and the person has actitud on every call. Awesome company that wants to help everyone with their Medicare needs
Humana calls my phone at least 4 times per week mostly giving me worthless information such as “the procedure your doctor ordered has been approved”. Which procedure? Which doctor? No they don’t tell you so you have to call them and go through the entire call verification of who I am and wait on hold for them to usually say call my doctor but again they can’t tell me what doctor. Biggest complaint is non-educated paper pushers over riding my doctors orders and determining what is best for my health when they have never seen ... read more
