I have been going there to activities for a long time, but I went to play bingo monday(1/16/2012). I won but I wanted a hyvee card instead of walmart. Shirly ignored me when I asked, a little later another lady won & asked for hyvee card. shirly said sure and I asked again. Shirly in a very hateful tone said we are not going to start that, we will be here all day! She then traded a hyvee for walmart for the other lady!
