I was promised a flex card...they sent it to me...will not activate it...told me I didn't have one...yet I'm sitting here holding it...going somewhere else
Not sure why Humana pharmacy changed their name to a poor excuse of a pharmacy. Center Well pharmacy. It takes 3 weeks to fill prescription s. Had 2 preps prescriptions for two different procedures I have every year. I had to cancel them for the first time in 15 years that I'm going to have to wait till next year to have my procedures done. I don't recommend them . If Humana holds on to them I do not recommend Humana. Seems like they don't care about your health.
Every month you have to re-apply even after u ask them over and over to auto-pay,I swear I don't understand this company, Not so good at all😩
0/5 stars. The WORST insurance we have EVER dealt with. I had to get transferred 4 times to speak to the right person. 2 people hung up on me. Their website is EXTREMELY inaccurate. I've tried getting prescriptions filled at 3 different places and and keep getting told I'm out of network even though their websites lists these pharmacies as IN network.
