Humana is corporate America robbing the people. Working for them is a horrible experience. They treat you like they own you, heaven forbid you need to take any time off. You're severely punished especially if it's a mandatory overtime day. When they do give you a paid holiday the rest of you week is mandatory 10hr days which completely voids the point of the holiday!! Please never use this company and do yourself a favor and NEVER work for them
I called to change my card # for autopay. Automation service was horrible. It never gave me the options that I needed or anything similar. When I finally got through, i got a rep with severe broken english which was a challenge. I was not ready to handle this because i was already frustrated. Note: if you have dental and vision, you have to go through this process for each one. Nobody can handle both.
