Have yet to return calls in 1 week that according to their policy is supposed to be called and fix in 1 to 2 days.
We signed up for Dental coverage to start Jan 1 of this year (2021). My wife needed a cleaning and a couple of fillings. Her $469 claim was denied because she had not meet the waiting period... we were never notified that there was a 6 MONTH wait until services could be billed. THIS IS CRIMINAL AND DISHONEST TO NOT DISCLOSE THIS WHEN SIGNING UP FOR INSURANCE.
