Privacy is a concern, as there are questions about how personal health information is handled. This raises concerns about confidentiality and how sensitive information may be perceived outside the consultation. I had my first appointment with Rose, and she was fantastic! She explained each step of the cleaning process and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My teeth feel so clean, and I appreciated her gentle touch!

Privacy is an issue, because she keeps zero confidentiality of your personal health information. You will be mocked, judged and taunted by other people in the society later on regarding your health information you gave her during your visit. Be careful! (I am not using my real name here for protection and privacy to avoid further conflict). Her staff is unproffessional, show childish behaviour by collectively making fun of the client in the middle of the treatment, fluent in taunts and gaslighting.

I recently went in for a routine cleaning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and efficient. The waiting area was clean and calm, and I was seen right on time. The dental hygienist was incredibly thorough but gentle, explaining everything as she went along and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth felt noticeably cleaner, and she even offered some helpful tips for improving my oral hygiene techniques at home.
