They are useless. I would give them a 0 if I could.
Reception is rude. I was asked what I wanted and not allowed to speak, being transferred mid-sentence without knowing what I had to say. When I called back to ask why, she intentionally hung up on me. I called back a third time requesting a supervisor - she hung up again.
Took 25 minutes to try to reach someone in creating an account. Everything erased. Set the password 15 times. I would rather represent myself and the phone number does not accept calls. What a joke
