They don’t care about what you have to say. They offer no help, no insight and even decided that your case probably would be dismissed even before I heard back from the HRTO about discrimination in the hiring place. They were reluctant and disgusting in their behaviour and extremely disengaging. Do yourself a favour, don’t call these people and just file directly with the HRTO.
