Twice they screwed up our appointments and wasted our time. We won't be giving them another chance. The first time we were booked in to see a couples therapist. Waited 3 weeks and then on the day we were told the therapist we were booked in with doesn't actually do couple's therapy. They then booked us in 2 weeks later, and after driving all the way there, we were told the therapist was off sick and that we should've received a text message. Nothing was sent through. Contacted for an immediate appointment and they asked for my referral to be emailed. Sent it to them and never heard back and I went to find another (Blue Sky Psychology) that got me in the day later. Not good practice for a business that focuses on mental health. Disappointing but well done Blue Sky
I had a very disappointing experience with Amanda at Human Psychology who made unethical and unsubstantiated comments about breastfeeding and had no knowledge about a health condition that exists in the DSMV. As a fellow health professional I attempted to discuss these issues in a professional way with Amanda and eventually her manager Sam and was repeatedly undermined and undervalued and eventually ignored.
