I ordered birds nest spruce last summer. After months, nothing!!!!! I asked for a refund. And Mr Wade said by Monday. I’ll get back my money. It’s been a long time and checked my bank account. NOTHING has happened!!!! What about your word. It means nothing. I’ve got the same. NOTHING!!!! If you trust this guy. Working out doesn’t pay your bills. Doing what you say and being honest means a lot. How about my 220 back that you took last summer without giving anything. BUYER BEWARE. Bob.

Sean designed a health and nutrition plan specifically for my goals. As of week 5, day 2, I am feeling more energized, sleep better, and can visibility notice my body composition changes. Additionally, the meal plan fits into my food restrictions (I have 13 food allergies). I haven't felt this good in years and am confident I'll reach my goal of a sub-2 hour half-marathon in September. This is a lifestyle change that I plan on maintaining in the years to come under his direction. Highly recommend.

The owner Sean is a man of his WORD! He's been doing it for nearly 20 years if not more... he is one of the best in the business!! It's a easy short drive if you're anywhere in the akron/surrounding areas. Him and his team have been nothing but good to me. Check him out, give him a call!
