They could improve their services by not lying about how they will bill you (or not bill your insurance) for starters. I would also feel more like they cared if during my appt. the doctor wasn't also working with 3 other patients. Then when I try to call to resolve billing issues, reply with "no one here can talk about billing...". Give me a break. Such a scam.
They are very concerned to your needs they let you go at your pace very good staff
