The staff was great, so this rating is for their billing department. They are not helpful, actually rude. Keep good records as they will try and bill you when you have paid.
This is the best Physical Therapy center that I have ever attended. The staff there provide just the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. They are extremely well qualified to meet your needs and have the unique ability to keep you motivated!
Dry Needling was a new experience for me. As treatment for chronic neck pain I found the therapist very capable as well as caring. She explained the procedure taking effort to make me comfortable. The 12 weeks of therapy were of significant help.
I have a partial dismemberment of my thumb and the staff assisted me in regaining the use of my thumb. I am extremely pleased with the results of my therapy.
