They had hard to find tires for my old Schwinn. very friendly staff.
I'm a beginner purchasing my first bike and Human Motor Works went above and beyond to answer my questions, find solutions, and make me feel valued. I went to Summit City bikes with the same ask and was treated like garbage. Summit City was also considerably more expensive. I highly recommend Human Motor Works for excellent customer service and fair prices.
Had the chief Mechanic Terry Twitchell work on my Bikes do special projects fabricate unique parts for projects and in the end saved me untold $ with his Diagnostic and repair abilities. He has helped maintain my "fleet" for over 10 years. Highly Recomended without ANY reservation
