If I could give Humana a big fat 0 I would. This has been the absolute worst insurance company for people on social security. I have a debilitating illness that keeps putting me in the hospital. Every time the doctor finds a medicine that will help me Humana refuses to cover it. They not only refuse they are the rudest group of non caring individuals I have ever come across.
