To try and summarize, I had umbilical hernia surgery on April 17, 2025. I carried short-term medical coverage with First Health Network. The hospital (AdventHealth) had all of my insurance information well in advance of my surgery date. I had a wonderful experience with Human Health Advocates, they helped me through a very stressful time of my life and took a huge burden off my shoulders. A hospital was charging me tens of thousands of dollars for a surgery I had because they made an error, and Kenneth’s hard work and persistence finally got them to fix that mistake and bring the bill down to a low number. We found Kenneth through a friend at the beginning of the this summer (2025). He was kind, patient, offered my family encouragement and helped us nagivate some unexpected obstacles with an employer while he continued to work on reviewing our medical bills. Kenneth Klein and Human Health Advocates in Boca Raton have been tremendously helpful in resolving a dispute with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida involving erroneous denial of claims for my wife's cancer surgery this past year. Ken is extremely detail oriented (a good trait), and his stick- to- it-iveness has resulted in the insurance company's reversing their determinations, and eventually paying the providers what they were owed.
