Been working out with Themi and Krista since July 2020 and it has changed my life. I am stronger at 58 than I was at 30. An amazing place with terrific people.
I absolutely love my new gym! The owners/coaches are so knowledgeable and are very in tune to each of their clients' needs. I came from a large gym and am so glad I made the switch! You will get great results at Human Equilibrium!
Wrote this three and a half years ago and even more true today. Human Equilibrium is simply AWESOME. Expect to work hard but expect results! Krista and Themi are terrific. Worth the time and the investment.
