Kelly and the living room have saved my life Literally
My neighbor killed her roommate in September of 2023 when my daughter was 3 months old, and they haven't moved me out. 7 months later I've been having mice, no heat, no hot water, and roaches and they still haven't moved me out.
Some of the workers here could be so mean
This agency is terrible. They do not respond to any phone calls or any emergencies. They,sleal money from clients they have dope addicted people in my house. They don’t care one bit as long as they collect money. If there was a minus star I would choose it.
They are definitely determined to create an hostile environment for their clients in an order to bring chaos so they have more power and control. Th last couple housing managers they put on my case talk a fast game...but hardly ever do their do diligence/ accomplish their work. I've had a new manager for about 5months now and have seen her only twice. We are supposed to sign papers every month..I've signed one.
