the front desk is very unprofessional. I'm on hold because the person that answered said they're going to ask a question to her co worker who is "on break or something". You don't leave people on hold like this, you reach out to the next person in command. Also, my dad is a patient here and was evaluated for shoes but we waited 2 months then I called and they said that the shoes were not available. NO ONE called us to let us know this. I skeptically decided to give this place a try after it was recommended by a therapist. First of all, good luck on finding parking. It's limited street parking on a busy main street and in a small residential area. It makes no sense that a place that offers prosthetics isn't assessible for people with disabilities. After my experience I believe every review about terrible customer service, fraudulent billing, and disorganization. Second, the staff is unprofessional and disorganized. Horrible service. Not at all what it used to be. They called me almost two year after, telling me that I owe them money for something it was paid in full and 100% out of pocket. They keep calling, and after two years I have no way to provide a receipt, but also they are unable to really prove I owe them money, which I'm 100% sure it is not the case. And now it is impossible to contact a real office assistant or technician at their offices (if they still have one). All the calls just go straight to an India based call center.... read more
