These people could really care less about your treatment as the nurses at the check in desk talk to you with complete apathy. Three separate times over the course of three months I tried to call HBI to schedule an apt with my therapist, but each time they didn't answer and never called me back. I was treated rudely by Tami,...she has Anger issues and should seek therapy,..she left Bruises on my sons arm and lied to me saying she was a child psychologist. After reviewing her credentials found out she is only a marriage therapist. And was very unwilling to listen . I would recommend going somewhere else if you need real help.
We are asked to come in 10 to 15 minutes early, and I have waited over an hour for my appointments in the past. The girl before me had her appointment at 130, but didn't even show up until 145 -- I know, because I had been here since 140 for my 2pm appointment. The new person I'm seeing came out at 152 and even though my appointment was at 2, she took the girl back that was 20 mins late. Now my appointment is most likely going to be moved to 230. Talk about professional.
