I love going to Human Bean and treating myself and my husband to a coffee drink. However, I just visited the Human Bean on 10th Ave and 28th Ave. The girl at the window never smiled and I had to tell her my drink order at least 3 times. Well, as I took a drink of my latte that I have waited all morning to order, it was wrong!!!! I ordered a 20oz nonfat, no foam Carmel latte and a 16oz nonfat, no foam latte. This is my favorit coffee shop when I travel to salem. Great customer service and welcoming. I always get excited to come her. They never disappoint and they make the drinks perfect. 5 stars from me. Thanks!

I went to this place for the first time a few days ago because my aunt and cousin were always talking about how good this place was. I was down on energy from a rough night, and decided to give it a try. Not only were they quick and kind, but the drink was great. I love this place and just might come back again.
Gotta settle for 7Eleven coffee since they forgot to put coffee in my drink � I am never a "regular" I go once or twice and they always mess up, so I don't go. After time passes I will try again, but dang 3rd time I have gone, went 2 days. Yesterday I had an amazing coffee, today all I got was creamer (not an exageratting) and I ordered the same Coffee as yesterday �
