James was incredibly professional. Our AC kept shutting off, and he traced it to a thermostat issue. He replaced it, recalibrated the system, and tested everything to be sure. He explained everything in detail and didn’t rush the job. Cool air is flowing again and we couldn’t be happier with the service.
Joe came out and fixed our broken AC, he was knowledgeable and on time. Will save their number incase needed in the future.
Air conditioning Repair Tarzana sent a rep the same day within couple of hours. They were professional, polite and attentive. Rep found the problem immediately. He checked the whole system and explained the program and the options they had to offer. He was not pushy and gave us some options that might work best for us. I recommend them.
