First of all, when you try to set up an appointment over the phone they'll put you on hold for over 25 minutes. WHY DOES THIS TAKE SO FREAKING LONG? Who ever picks up the phone needs to get fired. (I've been told by my sister that when she made an appointment the person who picked up the phone wasn't a receptionist nor a nurse. So obviously the office isn't organized).
