As an aid on both rehab and long term units I know how difficult life can get at any one moment in time. We as aids, nurses, housekeeping, dietary, maintaince and activities are all here for our residents wether they are here shortly or longer. We strive to keep our residents content and smiling. One of my sayings is 'it's good to smile even if you don't feel like it.' Another great saying is ' better out than in!'
I've been here for over 7 years. The people are wonderful, so caring and dedicated. Our residents make me smile. I walk through the halls and I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello.
I'm an employee . I love my job. The peop I care for,make me want to go back to work everyday..
