Completely unprofessional over the phone call, instead of helping I was practically made to feel as if my case did not matter. After a long explanation, I was offered another number in silence. Literally made me ask if they were unwilling to do so instead of just stating the fact. Terrible.

Do not know who Cheyanne Chappie is. Her statement is untrue. Steven has never had any complaints filed against him with the Missouri Bar. She is not nor has she ever been a client.
