If it had been my choice, I would never hire this company. They sent out a few guys who seemed to have no idea why they were even here. Not professional at all. Much later in the day their crew leader, apparently RJ, JR, not really sure - was yelling at them as if they didn't have what they needed to fix my unit, while they didn't seem to know either.
