Very friendly and helpful
Waited over 3hrs and dept was quiet no other patients were waiting. It was a Saturday evening and shift handover was happening. I asked twice for someone to come and see my nephew who suffers with aggressive migraines which make him vomit!! He was shouting "someone help me please" - he couldn't feel his hands as numb and was talking gibberish- still no one came to him!! The care and compassion has gone! The nurses at the station were just stood around talking and laughing!! absolutely disgusting

I just want to say a huge thank you to the incredible staff who looked after my daughter last night. From start to finish, everyone was amazing. One broken arm expertly straightened, and we were in and out within two hours, timing was on our side, but it was the care, compassion, and professionalism from Amy and her team that truly stood out. They made a scary experience so much easier for both us and our daughter, and we are beyond grateful. Thank you for going above and beyond, you really are the best.
