My first reviews upon purchase was a 5 star experience. I ordered 3 optioned trailers, they got them done ahead of schedule and a way better lead time than anyone else. Fast forward, and I've had nothing but negatives with my trailers. Drive over fenders not welded on square, cylinder for deck not positioned properly so it wants to tear the trailer in half, terrible paint quality, nothing but issues with the electronics, plug in hard line for winch has never worked, the winch is the absolute cheapest quality money can buy(go... read more

I purchased my third trailer from them. The lady Jennifer took excellent care of us And assisted us with having the trailer delivered to Texas. Great guy delivered it super nice.
Bought a dump sight unseen localy, kind of regret it, quality is low: almost no extra storage, shockingly little number of uprights, the great warranty is a joke if you read it (you need to bring it to them for any free repairs), paint looks bad and is sloppy at best. Because the storage was so laughable I had to add some expanded steel, I found 0 primer under the paint on the bottom of the tongue and they wouldnt even replace the sticker I had to remove without charging me.
