The pdsa is a charity and should be treated as such The work they do is brilliant and should not be compared to a private vets . It can be extremely busy at times so waiting can be quite long also remember urgent cases get priority please be patient
Emergency treatment was required for my older dog.They saw us within two and a half hours and helped no end.
Having being able to go to the PDSA for nearly 30 years, I called the Hull branch last Monday because my poor dog was really ill. I was told that because I hadn't taken her to vets for 3 years,we have been discharged! You don't take them if they're not ill just like a human doesn't go to Dr's unless they're unwell. They point blank refused to see her! What happened to the PDSA being caring for people and pets that need it?? All down to money and greed!! My girl had to be pts and I'm heartbroken.
