After spending £40k at this clinic and having 6 failed rounds, they then refused to treat me and made claims they had “concerns about the welfare of the child” if I was to get pregnant. This was due to having no family support, my circumstances hadn’t changed all the way through treatment and they suddenly made it a massive issue 3 years later. I’ve withheld from writing a review for some time, but I now feel it is necessary to share my experience to help others. I do not recommend Hull & East Riding Fertility for NHS patients. I have experienced repeated delays, contradictory information from different consultants, and a lack of transparency about treatment options. Important questions regarding my care, including instructions on how to safely take Letrozole and clarification about my cycles, were not answered despite multiple attempts to seek guidance. Best staff in the world and also do the best hot chocolate ever!
Really positive experience from Hull, our second attempt with a grade 4Ab embryo got us our wonderful daughter. The whole team was amazing from start to finish and so quick and efficient with our referral, we really felt looked after and well informed throughout the process. It was also really nice to have such an attentive and patient team available for all my millions of questions and worries.
