Decided half way through our second cycle that they didn't have our ID. They did, they lost it. They said that they never had it, which would would mean that they breached HFEA guidelines treating us. I found the experience challenging from the beginning as I felt like I wasn’t given much help or support. My emails seemed to be lost or ignored on so many occasions, and communication just seemed impossible at times. During my egg collection, I had a serious reaction, the symptoms of OHSS, but the swelling is worse because of fluid build-up in the abdomen and rapid weight gain.
