Had similar experience to another reviewer of this business. Signed contract in February , 2022. Roof removed in April, 2022. Undersealant installed in April, 2022, the installation of which did not meet code. Paid 80% of contract price. Did not hear from owner, Jason R. Project did not meet code and tiles were apparently not ordered. In the meantime, contractor changed name of business from JAE contractors to Hulk. We had to hire another roofer to complete the job.

Signed contract in April for a re-roof. Contractor never followed up on permit approval leading to delayed approval. In June old tiles were removed and underlayment applied. 80% of total cost (per contract) paid at this time. I have not heard from this contractor since that payment. No tiles delivered and roof incomplete. At least 20 clients in the same predicament. The photo displays how my unfinished roof.

I recently signed up with Hulk to do a roofing maintenance plan to inspect my roof and reseal all the vents. They were very professional and sales people are not pushy. 👍🏽

Great to work with comes out right away used them on 4 houses already . On time reasonable would recommend , Great experience
