The start was shaky, as they couldn't get my name right for a bit and had conflicting info regarding the process around the personal goods inventory list that needs to done & approved by the consulate. However, after that: the goods were very well handled, nothing was broken in the transport; a very well made crate was done for art & antiques; and they contracted was a solid customers consultant and freight forwarder with my goods arriving at my home and delivered into my home with directing which room to put which boxes in.... read more
I tried to ship a car to Mexico and was only offer a $12,000 option in a container since RORO roll on and roll off "causes too much damage" according to Dianne. I figure that they only want to make 12k and if they cant do it they wont ship, even when they have the way to do so.
