My name is Jim Hulgan and I am the owner of Hulgan Plumbing & Heating. In response to the review below we did forget the cap where the old furnace tied into the chimney. However apon receiving a call from the persons landlord we sent a person out right away to cap it and we also took our digital cardon monoxide detector with us. The dector read 0 parts per million in the house and 0 parts per million coming out of the chimney as the chimney was working as it should and was actually pulling a draft. I have worked with this company for a few years now and I could not be happier with the service and professionalism that I have received from them. They are very reputable and I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling work as well as plumbing and electrical.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. They could have killed my family a few months ago. The owner of Hulgan's was the one who installed our new furnace. After finishing the job & leaving they forgot to cap a vent allowing carbon monoxide to slowly leak into our home all day. Luckly, my husband came home from work and found the problem before it was too late.
