Hulett is always responsive and helpful for all of my pest control issues. I especially appreciate Ford, who discovered the source of my problem after others failed to find it, and he solved the problem. I highly recommend Hulett and Ford for all of your pest control needs.

Before starting lawn service with Hulett my lawn looked great. I had lawn care and termite services with Hulett for several years, and over that time my law became filled with weeds and brown spots. It didn't make sense to me to continue spending the high cost of their services to make my lawn look worse than it did before, so I called to cancel both the lawn care and termite service with Hulett. I just had a horrible experience with ****** I bought a house a year ago and called them to put sentricon against terminates on my property . I paid $1,800 . They said verbally that the sentricon are mine .A year later I received an invoice and it appears that they came in my property and removed the sentricon without letting me know and with no permission to axes my property . I am extremely disappointed in the way the termite manager handles a complaint. She has no empathy . She told me my guarantee was no longer valid. I tried to explain to her I had heart surgery at the time of billing and could not afford to pay it then. She was very loud and rude and told me she did not know why my call was directed to her. What kind of business are you running?? She did not even try to help.

Please note that Hulett Environmental Services did mail out 9 renewal notices to ***************** informing her of her renewal due date. ****************** called our office on July 7, 2023 for a service call (which was 9 months after the renewal expired for non payment) and was informed that the warranty had expired & we would send out an inspector. G from today I have a service with this company for 13 years, the technician are great, the treatment is good but the costumer services is TERRIBLE.Today they hung up on me twice, and they didnt resolve my issue.
