Charged for 2 hours. Was here 30 mins fixed a small leak in my hot water heater. Don't recommend could have done myself for 50 dollars.

They only help if you have an expensive job for them. If it's a 5 minute job they Do Not have time to help you !!!!!

One of the most unnecessarily expensive plumbing companies in the area. Would never use them again. This is what happens when you try to support your local small business. Widen your search for a more reasonably priced service that doesn’t take advantage by bringing unnecessary workers and charging you as their “helper.”

This is the absolutely worst run company I have ever had to deal with. I made an appointment and was told they would be out in the "afternoon" on the day of, I waited all afternoon and into the evening. After waiting for several hours I called them just to be told that I did not have an appointment, I told them I had scheduled one for that day. The guy then checks the schedule and tells me that they just "forgot" about me and that someone would be out the next day. Then they take nearly 4 weeks to send a bill and did not inc... read more
