They were able to find the culvert pipe I needed and get it to the store in less than 24 hours. Also went above and beyond helping me out with a tricky loading situation. All around great service and people, highly recommend!
There is another plumbins supply house in Chittenden County and the customer service is atrocious. If you have experienced it the you know who I am talking about. My son in law visited for a copper drain shoe and asked for assistance to find the component - each replied that it was not their problem he could not find the part. If you need a plumbing part in BTV - Hulbert is the place to go!
Refused to sell copper tubing to a "non-licensed" contractor. Alrighty then...off to a zillion places online happy to sell it.
