We had a mid-winter failure of our 15 yr old thermo pump system. Upon inspection of the system by Raymond sales, it was recommended to replace it, both for age and efficiency of the newer systems. We are pleased we made the decision with Raymond to install a new Mitsubishi system. It is a huge improvement in quality, efficiency, and reliability.
