Much more knowledgeable and professional than the not so dependable other company. The other company barley looked at it and immediately tried to get me to buy a new water heater, mine was just outside the 6 year warranty. I had them order the igniter part instead of replacing the whole unit which that's what he said was bad, a week went by with no hot water and no word from them so I canceled and called Hugunin. I just have to say Hugunin Plumbing deserves spotlight recognition!! The customer service that both Dave and Wendy and their workers show are really unmatchable. When I've had questions or concerns I've been provided with clear answers in a timely manner. Whenever I've had issues in the past, someone shows that day to address it. Just several months ago we refinished our basement, putting up dividing walls, drywall, painting everything, new doors, etc.... I had Hugunin Plumbing install the plumbing for a basement bathroom.
