I had the best experience with the help of Asanti during a very difficult X Ray. I don't think that I spelled her name properly, but she is one of the most courteous, professional individual in the medical field that I've ever come in come in contact with. She made a very difficult procedure effortless and was kind beyond measure. She definitely went way beyond what I would have expected. Congratulations Hugley Hospital for hiring true Angel.
I came on Monday evening to get imaging and had my own drawn up order from my doctor that sent me. I showed up at 4 pm ,and was told they couldn't take or couldn't even make my appointment because they closed in an hour. Their where two ladies, (one black), (.one Hispanic or white) the black lady was very rude and short and talked to us like we were dumb and an inconvenience. This department is lacking in so many ways. Do yourself a favor a make the drive to another facility. This place isn't interested in helping and serving people at ALL!!! I WENT THROUGH SO MUCH TO GET THE IMAGING DONE FOR MY DAUGHTER, AND THEY TURNED US AWAY AFTER A FOUR HOUR WAIT. I dealt with this awful department of hugely for three days ,only to be lied to and disrespected and disregarded. Get some competent people here Hugley before it's too late. Zero stars
