Efficient and timely. Phlebotomist was young and had issues with IV, but corrected on his own, “Oscar” & “Chris” were excellent. Caring and compassionate.
Had a very bad experience with the breast doctor on Staff this morning, 11/26/25. Her name is Azita Tadjali. She and her assistant didn't read my doctor's orders for the ultrasound after my mammogram. She was very arrogant and suggested that I should of had the test at my previous location. She suggested that my doctor that issued the orders should have sent me back to my original imaging location. Her reason for this response was that their equipment was different. That was the dumbest response I have ever heard. They had t... read more

Rude! Person checking me in couldn't find me. I checked in from home and already paid. He finally found me and asked me to have a seat. I then received 2 new messages asking me to check in so I kindly asked if I should redo the check in and he said no, its gonna be a little bit as if I was complaining about the wait. You could tell he clearly was irritated about my confusion. I was kind, it is really concerning when you have to deal with people in the Healthcare industry who dont care and are rude.
