They DO NOT care for your concerns here. Came for sharp pains, and they prescribed me UTI medication when I didn't need it.
The ladies at the front were nice i went to visit about some pain and they checked me in but soon i got to the back the guy Mr.Ethan was rude and i just felt like he didn’t care about me since i wasn't his color and a nurse name Gerald was just joking about every little thing i was not giving any meds no sonogram or X-rays was done you guys have tremendously failed as a entire hospital!!!!!
Expect poor communication & surprise bills.
Do yourself a favor and go to Baylor on the other side of I-35. Baylor recognizes signs of severe sepsis and won’t bill you for care you don’t receive.
