I called him to install 3 water faucets from 3 bathrooms, providing him with new faucets I had purchased myself. The faucets I originally had in the master bathroom were very expensive and only needed to be cleaned, reason why I wanted to keep them and not throw them away. Great response
Hugo’s Plumbing Service deserves every bit of this 5‑star review. Hugo runs a one‑person business, but his service outperforms companies ten times the size. He is responsive, affordable, and truly courteous from start to finish. When you call, he answers. When he gives you a time, he shows up. His work is outstanding, and you can tell he takes real pride in doing the job right the first time. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and professional these days, especially in a one‑man operation. If you want honest pricing, ex... read more
Hugo is the BEST! My mom's waterline in the kitchen had an issue and wasn't able to switch to a new fridge. Her garbage disposal also had stopped working too and with the weekend approaching+ Thanksgiving week it was urgent for us to have her fridge and sink working. Hugo saved the day! He fixed the waterline, got the fridge connected, installed a new sink faucet, and fixed her garbage disposal. He was kind to my elderly mom, respectful, and communicated well. He will forever always be our go to person for all things plumbin... read more
Called yesterday for an installation of a tankless water heater. Hugo arrived on time, quality work & even installed a pre-filter all within a day. Hugo has great communication and was very clear about what the initial problem was. Will definitely call again if I ever have any plumbing problems in the future.
