We rolled into town for a sporting event and our vehicle exploded with steam. We'd blow a hose. I texted Hugo after hours on a Friday and he responded. He spent time Friday texting about the problem, setting up an appointment for Saturday, and getting parts ordered. Saturday he and Jesse fixed the problem, changed my oil, and did some other service - all in just a few hours. His rates were exceptionally good and we made it back to our home town with out any problems. Thanks guys
Amazing! They came to my home, addressed, amd diagnosed the issue. A day later back on the road. I will without a doubt use this mechanic for all future car repairs.
My car broke down passing through Wyoming. AAA recommended a shop in Cheyenne but the tow truck operator recommended another shop who could take care of my issue immediately. The AAA shop couldn't even look at my car until Thursday. Anyway, the shop that the tow truck operator recommended was Hugo's Mobile Mechanic. The owner of Hugo's prioritized my car and got me back on the road within a few hours. Very personable. Very professional. Extremely competent. I can't recommend him enough. Honest and trustworthy.
