We are so incredibly thankful for Hugo and his AMAZING team! Hugo catered our wedding and everything was absolutely perfect! Our guests were raving about the everything and still are a month later! The chicken and waffle skewers, empanadas, and grazing table were a huge hit during cocktail hour (bruschetta is to die for)! Hello! I wish I had taken photos of our carefully delivered food served at our HOA party the other evening! The salad trays were a masterpiece, topped with an artichoke & edible flowers! Cucumbers rimmed the tray, making it extra attractive. The veggie lasagnas were loaded with fresh veggies, red sauce and ricotta, with generous layers of mozzarella on top. We hired Hugo’s for my wedding with about 90 guests and they nailed it! We went with a buffet style which was setup and presented very well by his team. The bartenders were friendly and quick, the food was outstanding and the communication with Hugo was easy! I’d highly recommend!
