Horrible experience. I wanted to give them a chance and the only thing that I asked for was communication. I waited for up to three weeks at a time before I would reach out. Hugon expected me to be available for what was convenient for them. I asked to set up a day. When I did, they were a no show. It was constant excuses for non communication and excuses why they could not meet or phone with me. When the job first began, they took a tile to check for mold, asbestos, due to a plumbing leak. The owner Jerry is great a real class act
Hugon did a nice job of taking care of me. I had an issue and they took care of it even after the warranty was expired
They put in a new heating and air conditioner unit in my home in 2019. It isn’t working and I called out a few people to give me an estimate and they both told me that this company put parts together that are not compatible and it was all melted and I was lucky my home didn’t burn down. I have called them daily for a week now and they have promised to call be back and have not. They do not have good customer service they have lied to me and they did horrible work.
