Horrible office staff that does nothing at all but are always too busy to get anything done. Went in for a sinus infection was there for an hour and was told come back next week if you still have symptoms. My Insurance was billed $255 and I paid a $30 copay for nothing. Went to urgent care and got taken care of. Sad….criminal….

Dr. Yamada has been my PCP for many years. I've had other PCP's who's overlooked my conditions, but Dr. Yamada has been quite the opposite. I find that he is thorough, engaged and respectful. I feel very comfortable going to him for every health concern that I have, without any worries that I will not be heard. Not only that, I adore the staff. It always feels like home there.
My appointment time was 915. I arrived at 845 per instruction. I left at 1035 without seeing the doctor. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I will be switching doctors.
