I am surprised at the comments! I have had Dr. Yamada for over 30 years and he is the most sincere doctor I have ever had. He is always up to date on my condition and offer current medical advice - especially preventive medicine. He's very good on referrals to specialists. He asks about my family and my activities and is always will to enter into a brief conversation about things on my mind (and his). I can't imagine going to any one else. Horrible office staff that does nothing at all but are always too busy to get anything done. Went in for a sinus infection was there for an hour and was told come back next week if you still have symptoms. My Insurance was billed $255 and I paid a $30 copay for nothing. Went to urgent care and got taken care of. Sad….criminal….

Dr. Yamada has been my PCP for many years. I've had other PCP's who's overlooked my conditions, but Dr. Yamada has been quite the opposite. I find that he is thorough, engaged and respectful. I feel very comfortable going to him for every health concern that I have, without any worries that I will not be heard. Not only that, I adore the staff. It always feels like home there.
